The treatment is comfortable and almost painless for the patient. It takes place lying down. The client’s eyes are protected by special glasses. After cleaning the epilated areas, IPL epilation is started on individual areas. The pulses can sometimes be perceived as a light pinch, which is a sign of effective hair hitting. The light pulse is then absorbed by the dye in the hair – melanin, or the blood dye haemoglobin in the root of the hair. As a result of this reaction, the hair falls out and does not grow back.

Depending on the size of the area to be treated, the epilation takes between 5 and 60 minutes. After the treatment, sauna or swimming and sun exposure are not recommended.

6 to 10 treatments are recommended every 4 to 5 weeks. Unlike other techniques such as waxing or sugar paste, laser hair removal is permanent because it removes the hair and the root. If the hair grows back between treatments, it is usually light and very fine.

In our clinic we use the most modern epilation with intense pulsed light. Laser hair removal is carried out with a top-of-the-range BTL device, which achieves the highest quality.

This method is very gentle and we can treat any part of the body. For women it is most often the upper lip, armpits, groin or legs. For men, the back and shoulders are the most common.

Clients often ask what is the difference between the so-called bikini line and intim. In the first case, the area of all hairs that might be peeking out of the swimsuit is treated. In the second case, the entire intimate area is treated according to the client’s requirements. Our staff is discreet.
